Since 1992, under the 2M real estate investment program, Silverado’s principals have made 73 commercial real estate investments totaling $77.9 million, and has returned $158.7 million to the investors. Our average transaction has had an investment horizon of between three and five years creating a multiple of invested capital of 2x while producing an IRR of 38.8% as of the end of 2008. (Note: Silverado’s principals estimate there to be up to $36 million of additional value associated with their ongoing investments, which has yet to be realized).
