This is the fourth investment by Silverado with LaSalle for the development of an Autumn Leaves memory care facility. Autumn Leaves of Riverstone (a suburb of Houston, TX) is a 46 bed, single story, memory care facility. Construction began in March of 2010 with an anticipated completion date in April of 2011. The $2,090,000 investment was determined to be attractive due to the demand which continues to grow on a daily basis in terms of the number of people affected by dementia. This location has historically been considered a strong market with median incomes well above the state average. Over a 3-5 year period, it is anticipated, based upon LaSalle's past history, that an internal rate of return of 15-20% could be produced for Silverado's investors.
