Silverado provides equity capital for parties interested in the acquisition, development, and repositioning of real estate assets. With a special focus on value-add projects, our strategy is founded on a methodology that brings together experience, expertise, and capital to provide a strong foundation for success for our operating partners while creating solid and consistent returns for our investors.

With 46 years of experience in the real estate arena, Silverado’s principals are able to identify experienced development and operating partners in commercial real estate who are niche-focused and highly successful in their specific product types. We look for individuals and/or companies that not only have built and developed a substantial number of assets within their particular fields, but who have done so with a constant level of quality, while providing consistent returns to the equity capital.

Our typical investment horizon is three to five years, with the goal of achieving returns in the mid-teens to low 20’s. Additionally, we select development and/or operating partners who present the opportunity to do multiple transactions on a programmatic basis.

We invest on a deal-by-deal basis as well as invest our own money in every deal we initiate. As we grow our base of investors to support our developer partners’ capital needs, our entire approach is influenced by our commitment to creating long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial to all parties.
